Highlighting the women who are already pursuing careers in the scientific and technological fields is essential so that girls and young women can see themselves reflected and choose their studies without barriers or stereotypes.
The lack of female role models in science remains one of the factors contributing to the low representation of women in certain STEM areas. Therefore, providing relatable and real examples is crucial to building a more diverse, inclusive, and talent-rich future.
