Method for predicting spheroidisation degree in defined zones of spheroidal graphitic cast iron pieces

The invention relates to a method which specifically allows predicting the degree of spheroidization in any specific area of any piece located in a cluster of pieces that are simultaneously cast in a mold, and the prediction is carried out according to the solidification conditions of the cluster and according to the specific inverse modulus of the area of the piece in question, said inverse modulus being determined from conventional predictions of the degree of spheroidization by thermal analysis and real measurements of the degree of spheroidization in already cast pieces.
