Metal product manufacturing processes comprise the main stages of material design, the manufacturing process itself, and postprocessing, the latter primarily related to heat treatment. For each of these phases, AZTERLAN has developed work methodologies that allow for targeted or comprehensive optimization (considering all stages) to achieve the identified improvement objectives.

Thus, SUMA (materials design), SYSMOD (process design), and TREAT (heat treatment design) are methodologies that incorporate the use of modelers based on physical equations and data analytics, with a flexible scope based on the milestones and objectives of each organization.

1) STUDY OF THE STARTING POINT
