To ensure proper handling of the materials you send us, it is important to include with the shipment all the necessary information to identify the sample, together with your contact details and any traceability information you would like to be reflected in the report.
Accurate identification from the moment of reception allows us to provide a faster and more reliable response.
How to correctly identify and label your samples
- Follow the instructions included in the quotation document.
- Cut out the identification section at the top of the quotation and attach it to the outside of the package.
- Include any information you wish to be added for further traceability regarding the material, product or batch to be reflected in the reports.
