Real time quenching monitoring during steel hot stamping

Advanced metallurgical knowledge

HSENSE technology is based on the measurement and analysis of pressure and volume variations in the part associated with phase transformations from austenitic to martensitic in steel. Thanks to this, it overcomes the limitations of both theoretical simulation and post-production controls.

Zero defects manufacturing

HSENSE provides real-time information on the material process that takes place in the steel sheet during forming, making it possible to optimize the cooling time, guaranteeing the mechanical properties of the parts and allowing adjustments to be made and production problems to be solved in real time.
