1. Data processing responsible party

2. Target of data processing

The aim of processing the data that have been voluntarily provided the interested parties is to evaluate the applications performed in order to work at Fundación Azterlan and/or Maristas Azterlan; as well as to evaluate the candidacies involved in employee selection processes. The data captured will be exclusively treated with the determined, explicit and legitimate purposes indicated. The data will not be later treated with any other purposes.

The user that voluntarily facilitates their data is responsible of fulfilling the questionnaire with real, exact, complete and updated data. The user commits to communicate Fundación Azterlan and/or Maristas Azterlan any modification of the same to proceed with the update of the treated information and ensure that they contain no errors.

The data requested in the questionnaire are necessary for Fundación Azterlan and/or Maristas Azterlan to be able to manage the received applications.

In any case, the personal data provided will be eliminated from the database after 1 year.

3. Legitimation of treatment

The legitimation for this purpose is the explicit consent provided by accepting this privacy policy.

4. Recipients of the transfers

The personal data will not be transferred.

5. Rights of interested parts

Any persona has the right to obtain confirmation of whether Azterlan and/or Maristas Azterlan is treating their personal data. Every interested part has the following rights:
•    Accede to their personal data.
•    Request amendment of data.
•    Request suppression of data.
•    Request to restrict treatment.
•    Object data processing.
•    Ask for data portability.

Maristas Azterlan and/or Fundación Azterlan will respond in the shortest period posible within the following month after the request has been received. In some cases, depending on the complexity of the request and the amount of requests, the answer can be delayed for other two months, even though Maristas Azterlan and/or Fundación Azterlan will inform the interested party of the mentioned extension of time within the first month.

The user that transfers their personal data has the right to take down on or many consentments any time, without affecting the legality of the treatment based on the contentment prior to their take down.

To request any of the rights listed before, the interested person must contact the person in charge of data by means of the following email: rgpd@azterlan.es

If in exercising their rights, the interested person has obtained no satisfaction, they will be able to file a complaint with the data protection supervisory authority, Spanish Data Protection Agency.
